Who knew the city had so much money to throw around.

2.5 million for YFC.... 7 million for a water park....... 100 million for LRT...... not too mention how much we'll be on the hook for the next time Ms. Asper and her museum ilk come a calling with their hands out.

I'd rather see more money flow into fixing up our roads.... dare to dream :)

You might be getting your wish - the City is planning to spend more on preventive road maintenance.

please! dont give the aspers any ideas of how to scam us anymore! waterpark? gail et el might call it"the canadian centre for community refreshment" and want hundreds of millions from the govt to build it. not to mention annual water safety maintenance costs in the tens of millions.

This is an idea that needs to find it financing and it will . Leo don,t ditch this town yet.
